Adecco is currently hiring a full-time OT Cyber Security Advisor to provide hands‑on technical support and advisory services for Operational Technology (OT) cyber initiatives for our client in Lloyd Minster, SK. This contract role will support cyber security objectives and work closely with external partners, to advance governance, remediation, vulnerability management, and process maturity.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, enhancement, and documentation of OT vulnerability management procedures, including vulnerability identification, prioritization, validation, remediation, data cleanup, and verification
• Participate in quarterly OT patching cycles to understand workflows, support remediation activities, validate vulnerabilities, and identify opportunities to improve process consistency and automation
• Participate in workshops to support the development of the OT cyber security operating model, providing technical input on roles, responsibilities, governance, and alignment with future‑state operations
• Support remediation of findings from Phase 1 of the technical design review, contributing to improvements across change management, patch management, vulnerability management, and account auditing / IAM hygiene
• Participate in RADIUS design and planning sessions, supporting the integration of network device authentication with Active Directory and documenting operational impacts and process implications for HMGP
• Support OT asset management initiatives, including asset discovery enhancements, OTbase integration, field network visibility improvements, and asset accuracy validation
• Assist with centralized logging and monitoring enhancements by supporting the collection and forwarding of logs from non‑Windows OT systems and assessing alerting use cases to strengthen detection capabilities
• Support updates to OT Incident Response (IR) and Disaster Recovery (DR) plans, including participation in tabletop exercises and readiness improvement activities
• Provide ongoing technical cyber security advisory support, acting as a subject matter expert for cyber strategy, risk management, governance, and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in OT cyber security, industrial control systems (ICS), or critical infrastructure environments
• Strong understanding of OT vulnerability management, patching, and asset discovery
• Experience supporting cyber security governance, operating models, and technical design reviews
• Familiarity with RADIUS, Active Directory integration, centralized logging, and monitoring solutions
• Experience working with consulting partners and multi‑vendor environments
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical and business teams
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
