Cyber Security Engineer

<\/div>As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will be entrusted to apply your expertise in developing and implementing high -tech solutions to defend against hacking, malware and ransomware, insider threats and all types of cybercrime across all HabariPay’s platforms. You will serve as our go -to team member for security policies and procedures.<\/span> <\/div> <\/div>Job Duties and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b> <\/div> <\/div>Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization’s data, systems and networks.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>Troubleshooting security and network problems<\/span> <\/span><\/li>Responding to all systems and network security breaches<\/span> <\/span><\/li>Ensuring that the organization’s data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>Participating in the change management process<\/span> <\/span><\/li>Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities<\/span> <\/span>and implement measures, such as firewalls and encryption.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>Daily administrative tasks, reporting and communication with the relevant departments in the organization.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>Serve on one or more product teams, using your insights to inform product prioritization and product development.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>Keep up to date with the latest security and technology developments.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>Plan for disaster recovery and create contingency plans in the event of any security breaches.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>Monitor for attacks, intrusions and unusual, unauthorized or illegal activity.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>Design new security systems or upgrade existing ones.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>Liaise with stakeholders about cyber security issues and provide future recommendations.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>Assist with the creation, maintenance, and delivery of cyber security awareness training for colleagues.<\/span>

<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/span> Requirements<\/h3> Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Cyber Security engineer<\/span> <\/span><\/li>Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a technology -related field from a recognized University.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>Excellent problem -solving and analytical skills.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>Ability to pay attention to details and be proactive.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>Good presentation skills<\/span> <\/span><\/li>
