Cyber Security Engineer Identity & Access (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Analysis, processing, and follow-up of security incidents in collaboration with internal security units
• Further development, operation, and optimization of the existing IT security and identity infrastructure
• Technical analysis of complex security and system issues and development of sustainable solutions
• Automation and improvement of security processes and defense mechanisms
• Identification, assessment, and remediation of vulnerabilities within the IT landscape
• Participation in the setup and further development of modern security architectures and in cross-departmental projects

Your Profile

• Completed education in IT (EFZ, HF, or FH)
• Ideally, further training in information or IT security
• Practical experience in at least one environment such as IAM, SAML, Cloud Services, Active Directory/Entra ID, Keycloak, Git, or security monitoring solutions
• Openness to new technologies, tools, and modern security approaches
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach, even in demanding situations
• Team-oriented personality with self-responsibility and willingness for occasional on-call duty
