Your future duties and responsibilities

As an absolute Cyber Security Expert (m/f/d), you will advise our customers on strategy and be actively involved in implementation and integration.

• You take on the role of analyst, initiator, companion, and inspirer for our customers.
• Looking beyond the obvious is not foreign to you.
• You take on project responsibility and contribute to the significant success of the projects.
• You professionally accompany, support, and individually advise our customers on the respective issues.
• You are passionate about the topic and want to take responsibility!

Your varied tasks also include:

• With your expertise, you observe market trends (Cloud, I4.0, IoT,...), analyze them, and can integrate them into the portfolio accordingly.
• You take on a key role in the region as a "Subject Matter Expert".
• You network internally and externally and are active in committees, meetups, etc.
• You are internally involved in portfolio and know-how expansion.
• You promote the development of employees and act as a coach.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

It is not important to us which STEM degree or specialized training you have completed. Rather, your expertise and passion are paramount.

It is important that you bring many years of project/line experience in consulting, implementation, and integration.

• In this context, you can already look back on successfully implemented solutions of varying complexity.
• You are characterized by many years of experience in software development.
• You are familiar with relevant methods, frameworks, best practices (ISO 27001, BSI Grundschutz, Critical Infrastructures, SDL, SAMM, CC, ISA 99, …).
• You can demonstrate common certifications, such as ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CREST Technical Security Architect, or ISO Lead Auditor.
• You are capable of actively listening, analyzing customer requirements in depth, and want to continuously improve.
• A convincing demeanor, enjoyment of team-oriented work, and mental flexibility characterize you.
• You are innovative and work independently and in a structured manner.
• Your strong social skills and empathy make it easy for you to interact with different people.
• You speak German and English and can operate in an international environment.
