We are hiring an experienced Cyber Security Lead to drive enterprise‑wide security operations and strategy. This senior leadership role is responsible for protecting critical infrastructure, leading a high‑performing security team, and aligning cybersecurity initiatives with business priorities and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the Cyber Security function, overseeing firewalls, email security, SIEM, endpoint protection, malware detection, IAM/PAM, and GRC platforms.
• Monitor and respond to security events while continuously enhancing detection, response, and resilience capabilities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a seasoned team of full‑time employees, part‑time staff, and contractors.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to define and deploy effective security solutions and strategies.
• Engage with senior business and customer leadership to advance the enterprise information security agenda.
• Own the cybersecurity budget, driving smart investment decisions and optimizing security spend.
• Contribute to and evolve security and technology roadmaps to support business growth.
• Lead Identity & Access Management initiatives including IGA, Access Management, SSO, MFA, and PAM.

• 15+ years of experience across multiple cybersecurity domains and technologies.
• Broad understanding of modern security practices, emerging threats, and industry trends.
• Proven success leading senior security professionals and diverse teams.
• Strong collaboration skills across technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience working with executive leadership and customer senior management.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks and their real‑world implementation.

• Cybersecurity fundamentals, threat and vulnerability management
• Network security (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Application and cloud security
• Vulnerability management and penetration testing
• Compliance & governance (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS)
• Security tools including SIEM, endpoint protection, and scanners
• Security frameworks: NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls
