Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a SOC Business Analyst (f/h) to join our DSOC department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team that develops cyber threat detection capabilities and response scenarios to protect the entire Airbus group. Within the Detection and Response team, you will be involved in analyzing cybersecurity needs and coordinating with Use Case Factories to strengthen the SOC's resilience.

Your Challenges:

  • Manage the client interface to translate detection needs into actionable technical requirements for the SOC.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with the risk posture and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with experts to improve cyber defense maturity and detect abnormal behaviors.
  • Ensure regular communication on cybersecurity status and follow-up with external suppliers.
  • Contribute to the improvement of SOC processes and detection frameworks to ensure service relevance.

Your Boarding Pass:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project management.
  • Expertise in cybersecurity and higher education in IT or information security.
  • Mastery of detection frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST) and SOC operations.
  • Knowledge of Splunk Enterprise Security and SPL language highly appreciated.
  • Negotiation level in English and French essential.

This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for a clearance by recognized authorities.
