We are recruiting a Cyber Security Software Developer (M/F) based in Elancourt (78), France. You will join the Cybersecurity Gateways and Onboard Solutions team within our engineering department. Your mission will be to design, develop and integrate solutions delivered to our defense and aerospace clients.

Responsibilities

• Participate in aerospace and defense projects from initial requirement capture to final delivery and ongoing maintenance
• Contribute to software architecture design of embedded solutions and gateways balancing stakeholder expectations, technical solutions, security and safety constraints (DO-178, Common Criteria), costs, risks, and schedule
• Write associated solution specifications (SSRS, SSDD, PBS, DJD…) and justify requirement satisfaction
• Develop and integrate software considering cybersecurity constraints and defense-in-depth techniques
• Support validation phases and operational and security maintenance
• Lead technical meetings, present and defend architectures and implementations in formal meetings
• Potentially take technical lead role on some projects

This position requires eligibility for a defense clearance issued by French authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent with significant experience in software development and integration
• Strong foundations in several areas: operating system security (Linux, BSD, µKernel), identity security (strong authentication, access control, directory, SSO, PKI), security event management, network security (firewall, proxy, n-ids, WAF), software development security
• Knowledge of embedded domain and its security (HW/SW, protocols, performance, SwaP, regulatory constraints, CONOPS)
• Experience in full-stack development for embedded equipment
• Knowledge of software engineering methods (TDD, CI/CD), software development (C, Python, shell), requirements management tools (DOORS), configuration management (Git), continuous integration (Jenkins), and bug tracking
• Professional level English, oral and written
• Strong writing skills
• Knowledge of attack techniques, software vulnerability exploitation and protection countermeasures is desirable
• Teamwork skills, analytical and synthesis abilities, pedagogical skills to explain complex technical domains
