Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Over three years of experience in cyber software development
• Proficiency in programming for mobile platforms (iOS/Android) utilizing C, C++, Python, Java, or Swift
• Proven experience in developing cyber tools, exploits, or operational software for both offensive and defensive missions
• Familiarity with reverse engineering tools such as IDA Pro, Ghidra, Frida, or Windbg
• Strong understanding of operating system internals, memory management, and low-level systems programming
• Experience with software development lifecycle practices, including version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality cyber tools and software solutions
• Create and maintain software in Windows and Linux/Unix environments using various programming languages
• Employ vulnerability research and reverse engineering methods to inform software design
• Build and improve operational tools that address mission-critical cyber needs
• Collaborate with analysts and researchers to convert complex requirements into functional software
• Manage customer expectations through proactive feedback and adaptable development processes
• Lead and take part in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards
• Formulate innovative technical solutions from both operational and technical insights
• Identify and articulate operational requirements to internal and external stakeholders
• Shape cyber capability requirements to align with broader operational objectives
• Mentor junior team members and offer technical guidance on intricate development tasks
