This search supports a high-impact cyber program focused on intelligence-driven defense and real-world threat operations across complex environments.

This is a hands-on cyber operations leadership role for a technically strong professional with deep threat intelligence and threat hunting experience. The Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders while remaining actively involved in analysis, detection, and intelligence execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead intelligence-driven cyber defense initiatives focused on real-world adversary behavior
• Analyze and operationalize threat intelligence using frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, and Diamond Model
• Conduct and support threat hunting across SIEM, EDR/XDR, and threat intelligence platforms
• Integrate intelligence into early warning and situational awareness efforts
• Develop metrics and KPIs to assess security effectiveness and program maturity
• Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and executive audiences
• Contribute to broader assessments of cyber risk with potential systemic or critical-infrastructure impact

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, threat intelligence, SOC, or threat hunting
• Strong understanding of adversary TTPs and attack methodologies
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, and threat intelligence platforms
• Comfortable operating in complex, high-stakes environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to brief senior technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Technical security certifications (GCTI, CEH, CCNA, or similar)
• U.S. Citizenship required
