Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Privileged Identity Management (PIM) Lead to own the full lifecycle of CyberArk deployments (versions 7, 8, and 9). The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills to design robust CyberArk architectures, drive successful implementations, and mentor a multidisciplinary delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
- Create detailed, scalable CyberArk designs (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, DR, and integrations) aligned with client security policies and compliance frameworks.
- Conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, and capacity planning.
Implementation & Deployment
- Lead end‑to‑end installation, configuration, and hardening of CyberArk components across on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- Develop and execute migration strategies for legacy privileged accounts and password vaults.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure implementations satisfy PCI‑DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, and other regulatory requirements.
- Produce documentation, audit trails, and reporting mechanisms for privileged‑access governance.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Direct a team of engineers, consultants, and junior staff throughout project phases.
- Conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions, code reviews, and best‑practice workshops.
Customer Engagement
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with client stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide post‑implementation support, performance tuning, and continuous‑improvement recommendations.
Travel
- Perform on‑site deployments, workshops, and client meetings as required (up to 30 % travel, domestic and occasional international).
Required Experience & Skills

| Technical Foundations | Strong background in Windows Server, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, LDAP, SQL/Oracle databases, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls). |
| Security & Compliance | Familiarity with regulatory standards (PCI‑DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001) and audit processes. |
| Project Leadership | Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver projects on‑budget. |
| Communication | Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. |
| Travel Flexibility | Willingness and ability to travel as needed for deployments and client engagements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) or CyberArk Certified Sentry (CCS).
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating CyberArk with cloud IAM services.
- Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for custom connectors and workflow automation.
- Prior experience with Zero‑Trust architectures and DevSecOps pipelines.
