Your Role

For our location in Munich, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer – Zscaler / SSE / Zero Trust (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Location: Munich Working Hours: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Design, architecture, and implementation of Zero Trust, SSE, and SASE solutions
• Implementation, operation, and migration of Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA) or comparable platforms
• Modernization of existing infrastructures by replacing VPN, proxy, and classic firewalls
• Integration into existing systems (Identity Provider, Azure AD / Entra ID, Okta, Endpoints, Network Architecture)
• Creation, optimization, and governance of security policies & access controls
• Analysis and troubleshooting of network, client, and authentication problems (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, HTTP/S)
• Conducting workshops, architecture reviews, and technical coordination with customers
• Technical lead in implementation projects and international rollouts
• Creation of technical documentation, best practices, and architecture concepts

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in cybersecurity / web security / cloud security
• Practical experience with at least one platform: Zscaler, Netskope, Palo Alto Prisma Access, or Cato Networks
• In-depth knowledge of Zero Trust, SSE, and/or SASE architectures
• Experience in cloud migrations and security transformations
• Very good knowledge of network protocols and architectures (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Proxy, TLS)
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (SAML, SCIM, MFA, Entra ID / Azure AD, Okta)
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills in customer environments (German & English)

Nice to have:

• Experience with hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Know-how in endpoint security, EDR/XDR, device posture
• Automation with PowerShell, REST APIs, or Terraform
• Certifications such as Zscaler, CCNP Security, Azure Security, CISSP
• Experience in enterprise environments or global rollouts
