Job Title- Cybersecurity Expert – Data Protection

Location- Paris, France

Hybrid mode- 3-4 days week (Work from client location)

Language - French + English

Years of relevant experience: 5+ years

Overview:

This role is part of a community of experts responsible for data cybersecurity across Cloud, AI, Big Data, and Blockchain environments. The objective is to strengthen risk management, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure consistency and optimization of data protection controls. The expert will contribute to the evolution and deployment of data protection frameworks, design new controls, and analyze risks related to sensitive data security.

Responsibilities: • Lead the deployment of data protection controls at group level • Design and implement new controls, including their conception and operationalization • Produce monitoring indicators for controls • Analyze risks related to sensitive data security • Deliver dashboards for control monitoring • Document design and operational procedures for controls • Conduct risk analyses • Prepare workshop reports • Collaborate in an English-speaking environment • Ensure alignment with strategic objectives for risk management and optimization

Mandatory skills: • Expertise in MS Exchange • Expertise in MS SharePoint • Proficiency with Office Suite (Exchange Online, OneDrive, O365, etc.) • Experience with Symantec DLP • Advanced knowledge in cybersecurity, especially in data protection controls

Appreciated skills: • Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools • Familiarity with risk analysis methodologies • Workshop facilitation and reporting • Ability to work in international and cross-functional teams • Strong documentation and communication skills
