A company is looking for a Cybersecurity and IAM Oversight Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage teams for system integration and development of Authority to Connect (ATC) packages in compliance with cybersecurity policies
Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for troubleshooting during operational activities
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies while overseeing IAM operations

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading cybersecurity and / or IAM teams in complex environments
Strong understanding of Authority to Connect (ATC) processes and compliance requirements
Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and tools
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and compliance standards for secure system integration

Requirements
