Then become part of our global team as a Cybersecurity Professional (w/m/d) in the Function Partner Team to enable our stakeholders to protect their respective organizations.
Choose the best place for your work – within the scope of this position, it is possible to work remotely (within Germany) up to an average of 60% of your respective working time, in agreement with your manager.
Even more flexibility? Mobile work from abroad is possible under certain conditions and in selected countries for up to 30 days a year.
This position can be filled at the Erlangen site in Germany as well as at Siemens Healthineers sites in Slovakia and Spain.
Responsibilities
- You will support the implementation of cybersecurity and define measures to ensure the implementation of the overall cybersecurity strategy across all corporate functions.
- You will collaborate with corporate functions (e.g., IT, HR, Legal, etc.) to support the implementation of cybersecurity initiatives and the required security and risk management requirements, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and standards.
- You will act as the main point of contact between corporate functions and the respective cybersecurity experts or process owners.
- You will communicate relevant changes in cybersecurity projects, initiatives, trends, etc., to process owners and key users in corporate functions.
- You will provide corporate functions with KPIs on their cybersecurity performance.
- You will discuss cybersecurity requirements or needs of the assigned function(s) from a global perspective.
- You will translate technical expertise and jargon into clear, understandable language for stakeholders who are not cybersecurity specialists.
- You will identify opportunities for process improvements by incorporating insights from past projects and staying up-to-date on new trends in cybersecurity.

Qualifications
- You hold a Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a comparable field.
- You have several years of experience as a Cybersecurity Consultant, Analyst, or in a similar role, with a proven track record of identifying and assessing risks and developing effective solutions.
- Experience working within corporate functions is an advantage.
- You can effectively communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- You have in-depth knowledge in one or more areas of cybersecurity, such as application security, identity and access management, risk assessment/control, business continuity, data security, or human risk.
Skills
- You communicate fluently in English, as this is essential for coordination between global teams and stakeholders.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are able to manage multiple topics simultaneously.

- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in einem oder mehreren Bereichen der Cybersicherheit, wie z. B. Anwendungssicherheit, Identitäts- und Zugriffsmanagement, Risikobewertung/-kontrolle, Geschäftskontinuität, Datensicherheit oder Human Risk.
Responsibilities
- Sie unterstützen die Umsetzung der Cybersicherheit und legen Maßnahmen fest, um die Umsetzung der gesamten Cybersicherheitsstrategie in allen Unternehmensfunktionen sicherzustellen.
- Sie arbeiten mit Unternehmensfunktionen (z. B. IT, Personalwesen, Rechtsabteilung usw.) zusammen, um die Umsetzung von Cybersicherheitsinitiativen und den erforderlichen Sicherheits- und Risikomanagementanforderungen zu unterstützen und die Einhaltung der Unternehmensrichtlinien und -standards sicherzustellen.
- Sie fungieren als Hauptansprechpartner*in zwischen den Unternehmensfunktionen und den entsprechenden Cybersicherheitsexpert*innen oder Prozessverantwortlichen.
- Sie kommunizieren relevante Änderungen in Cybersicherheitsprojekten, -initiativen, -trends usw. an Prozessverantwortliche und wichtige Nutzer in Unternehmensfunktionen.
- Sie stellen Unternehmensfunktionen KPIs zu ihrer Cybersicherheitsleistung zur Verfügung.
- Sie diskutieren Cybersicherheitsanforderungen oder -bedürfnisse der zugewiesenen Funktion(en) aus einer globalen Perspektive.
- Sie vermitteln technisches Fachwissen und Fachbegriffe in einer klaren, verständlichen Sprache für Stakeholder, die keine Spezialist*innen für Cybersicherheit sind.
