Key Responsibilities • The Sales Solutions Engineer reports to the Sales Engineering Lead and is essential to the sales process, overseeing technical operations from initial requirements gathering to solution implementation. • Serve as a key technical leader, collaborating with customer SecOps teams to design tailored solutions that effectively address their unique security and operational challenges. • Support the sales team during conference calls and onsite visits by delivering impactful product demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, and clarifying features in relation to the clients' business needs. • Plan, manage, and execute Proof Of Value (POV) initiatives, requiring hands-on troubleshooting and product installations in customer environments. • Lead technical responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), crafting clear responses and coordinating with internal technical experts. • Act as a technical resource at prospect meetings, seminars, and events to showcase our expertise.

Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or a related customer-facing technical role, ideally within the cybersecurity sector. • Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end technical engagements, from initial discovery and requirements gathering to implementation and post-sale support. • Strong understanding of enterprise network and security architecture, including firewalls, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and vulnerability management. • Experienced in presenting technical product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Practical experience with product deployment and troubleshooting in real customer scenarios. • Excellent time management abilities, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects concurrently.

Nice to Have: • Familiarity with threat exposure management platforms or risk-based vulnerability management tools. • Experience working with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), or enterprise IT and security operations teams.
