Key Requirements:

• A degree in a technical field, or relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance centers, Defender, and Intune
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
• Relevant technical certifications are advantageous

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor threat reports and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
• Perform regular audits to identify security gaps and violations
• Assess security incidents and escalate issues when necessary
• Ensure clients adhere to MFA and other vital security policies
• Develop and implement security baselines for Microsoft environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve client installation challenges related to threat protection software
• Maintain thorough documentation and keep records current
• Escalate unresolved network security issues to management
• Collaborate with the technical team to communicate security concerns
• Stay updated on industry best practices through ongoing education
