Responsibilities

• managing servers, networks, and other critical systems
• ensuring that they run efficiently and securely
• handling system updates
• monitor performance
• troubleshoot issues
• assist with the implementation of new technologies

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of networking concepts
• Ability to ensure system security and data protection
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux systems
• Experience with cloud-based systems management
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g.,
• Experience with network configurations and monitoring
• Familiarity with system performance tuning
• Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g.,
• Familiarity with database administration
• Understanding of disaster recovery planning
