Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced D 365 CRM Architect.

Job Responsibilities:

Architecture & Solution Design

  • Define end‐to‐end CRM architecture using Dynamics 365, .NET frameworks, Power Platform, and Microsoft SaaS technologies.
  • Ensure CRM solutions align with business goals, enterprise architecture standards, and security best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership for CRM modernization, upgrades, and cloud‐based transformations.

Development & Customization

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance CRM solutions using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs), ensuring alignment with functional and non‐functional requirements.
  • Customize Dynamics 365 by designing and implementing:
    • Forms, views, dashboards
    • Workflows and Power Automate flows
    • Plugins, custom entities, and business rules
  • Establish reusable frameworks and coding standards for CRM development teams.

Integration & Automation

  • Design and build integrations between CRM and:
    • Third‐party systems
    • Enterprise applications
    • Microsoft SaaS tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Azure services
  • Lead API‐based integration strategies, including RESTful services and event‐driven architectures.

Performance & Scalability

  • Analyze and optimize performance of .NET‐based CRM solutions and integrations.
  • Ensure solutions meet high availability, scalability, and resiliency requirements.
  • Oversee monitoring, logging, and proactive performance tuning.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross‐functional IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Act as the technical SME and advisor for CRM and Power Platform initiatives.
  • Review and approve solution designs, code, and deployment strategies.

Governance & Documentation

  • Maintain detailed solution architecture documents, integration diagrams, and design specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to ALM, DevOps, and release management practices.
  • Support audits, security reviews, and compliance requirements.
