- Total Experience: 10+ years
Relevant Experience
- 7 years of experience in IT Solution Architecture with a focus on Hyperautomation (IPA/RPA), including enterprise-scale automation design and delivery.
- Strong background in architecture governance, integration frameworks, and leading multi-technology global automation solutions
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Architect (Manager Level) specializing in Hyperautomation (IPA/RPA) to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise-scale automation solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in solution architecture, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive architectural excellence across complex, multi-technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture Governance
- Define, implement, and enforce Hyperautomation architecture standards, best practices, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular architectural reviews of integration and automation projects to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Ensure consistency, scalability, and sustainability across the automation ecosystem.
Governance & Compliance
- Establish and maintain architecture governance frameworks and processes.
- Ensure all solutions comply with organizational standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform periodic audits and reviews to maintain architectural integrity.
Solution Leadership
- Lead end-to-end architecture design, development, and deployment of enterprise-wide automation solutions.
- Oversee technical quality and ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability expectations.
- Drive innovation in Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Influence decision-making at senior levels.
Mentorship & Team Development
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior solution architects and team members.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
Technical Skills
Must Have
- Strong expertise in Hyperautomation (IPA/RPA) architecture and implementation
- Experience with leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate
- Proven experience in enterprise solution architecture, integration design, and governance frameworks
- Hands‑on knowledge of API integrations, microservices, and cloud‑based architectures
- Strong understanding of architecture governance, compliance, and best practices
- Ability to design and deliver large‑scale, multi‑technology automation solutions
Nice to Have
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of process mining and task mining tools
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Certifications in RPA or cloud technologies
- Experience working in agile or scaled agile environments
- Experience with AI/ML‑enabled automation and intelligent document processing (IDP)
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
