D365 Finance & SCM IT Business Consultant

For our client, a leading European organization with a strong presence across multiple countries and a commitment to innovation and continuous growth, we are seeking a motivated D365 Finance & SCM IT Business Consultant. You will join their Business Consulting team in Rotkreuz and play a key role in shaping and supporting international digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management modules, including integrations, while ensuring compliance and quality across international locations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Sales and Supply Chain processes, translating them into system design specifications and ensuring global alignment.
• Manage system deployments, deliver customized end‑user training, and provide ongoing support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead international implementation projects for the D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management modules, defining scope, objectives, and timelines in consideration of regional requirements.
• Guide internal IT project teams, coordinate with external partners, and foster a collaborative and inclusive working culture.

Must‑haves

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT-related field.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management functionalities, configurations, and global implementation projects.
• Proven ability to lead international initiatives and manage diverse stakeholder groups across cultures and functions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with fluency in both English and German.
• Relevant certifications in project management or Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM are considered an advantage.
