Responsibilities

• You develop AI-powered applications, agents, and copilots and bring use cases from concept to productive deployment.
• You build and operate data pipelines as well as integrations between enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and modern data platforms.
• You develop reusable components and scalable technical solution building blocks for AI and data applications.
• You implement automation solutions using the Power Platform and other Microsoft tools.
• You ensure performant and reliable data flows and integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing system landscapes.
• You support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions using CI/CD, MLOps, and LLMOps practices.
• You work closely with AI architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• You have initial professional experience in data engineering, software development, or the implementation of AI solutions.
• You have solid knowledge of software development, data processing, and AI/ML fundamentals.
• You have practical experience with Python, APIs, integrations, and cloud architectures within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, Copilot Studio).
• You work confidently with data platforms such as SQL, SAP BW, or Microsoft Fabric and are familiar with modern data and integration concepts.
• You have an interest in LLMs, copilots, and intelligent automation and bring a self-driven, eager-to-learn, and proactive working style.
• You have good German and English language skills and are willing to travel internationally.
