Within The AI Hub, the Data & AI School mandate is to upskill and reskill employees towards an AI driven company and drive Adoption of Copilot applications. We have 4 main target audience: All employees (awareness to usage), Leaders (inspire), AI Spoke (Business understanding of AI), Experts (certifications and expertise).
We are looking for an early‑career AI Change Manager with a strong hybrid profile (engineering + business) to drive our AI Experts & Spokes learning agenda within the Global AI Hub. Ideal for a high‑potential early‑career talent looking for accelerated exposure to global AI transformation.
Your Role
Reporting to the Data & AI School Director, you will actively contribute to implementing the AI Hub AI training, learning, events and adoption activities. You will run the activities in such fields as learning content creation and management, deployment, and communication, with a primarily focus on AI Experts (Tech Talks, Certification Programs, Curation of Content, ..) and Spokes (training for Product/Offer/R&D Managers on AI use-cases and copilots).
The AI Hub AI Change Manager plays a key role in Schneider Electric's learning culture transformation while animating our learning ecosystem in support of the AI Hub organization's learning and development needs.

Your Missions
- Co-design with AI Experts the technical depth and learning paths for certifications (from fundamentals to advanced, including MLOps, GenAI, and AI safety)
- Design, develop and optimize learning programs, learning paths, and training materials for Experts and Spokes, from concept to deployment and evaluation.
- Define and launch Innovative Training Initiatives: Test new ways of learning (Mentoring Programs, Webinars, Hackathons/Datathons, …) in a creative way
- Develop relevant, well-structured training content (curriculum, talks, coaching, etc.) that is easy to access and actively communicated to support upskilling and adoption.
- Contribute to setting up the appropriate and targeted deployment/communication on the Data & AI School learning initiatives, programs and recommendations to Data and AI communities, deploying with intent the Data & AI School programs and initiatives.
- Partner with key stakeholders and business to understand the learning needs of specific audiences
- You manage and anticipate the creation of training modules and ensure the optimization of existing modules, sing effective, innovative teaching or learning techniques.
- You ensure the validation of the acquired knowledge of the trained public by setting up an effective evaluation system (MCQ, quiz, others ...)
- Manage learning platform administration, analytics and reporting (Cornerstone, Pluralsight, etc.), partnering with technical teams to ensure LMS and curated resources remain up to date and aligned with learner needs
- Support the learning content vendor selection, and implementation of new platforms / tools for learners and the team as needed
Your Profile
- An early career engineer with change Management experience, with global, cross-functional exposure, demonstrates significant interest for change management, competency management and learning.
- Master’s degree in engineering and business (double degree or equivalent)
- 1 year experience minimum in consulting, product, data/AI, or tech-driven transformation projects, ideally in an international environment.
- Experience working with engineers, software developers and product/offer managers on AI or data-driven initiatives.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts (ML, GenAI, copilots), data analytics, and AI cybersecurity risks (you can translate between technical experts and business stakeholders).
- You are a clear, effective communicator who can deliver pedagogical messages and comfortably interact with stakeholders at all levels
- You are interested in creative approaches and can learn and adapt through experimentation
- Self-starter with strong learning agility who can move from idea to pilot quickly, comfortable with ambiguity and building from 0→1 in a fast-changing environment
- You have good communication skills and can (co)animate a network of experts. You can facilitate training sessions.
- You are familiar with e-learning platforms and practices and interested with latest and emerging trends in learning
- Fluent English speaker, Spanish, Chinese and French is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions and outcomes.
- Proficient in Office Applications with Learning Design Authoring and Animation / Video Creation Tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia) an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work with AI tools (e.g. copilots, GenAI) and use them to accelerate your work (content drafting, data analysis, communication), while explaining them clearly to non-technical audiences
