Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the organization make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis
- Collaborate with business teams to understand data requirements and business goals
- Assist in making data-driven decisions by providing actionable insights
- Perform statistical analysis and build predictive models (if applicable)
- Prepare and present reports and visualizations to stakeholders
- Support the development of automated reporting processes and tools
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across databases
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
