The Opportunity: Become a Certified Data Analysis Mentor & Growth Coach

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Data Analyst to join our academy as a Certified Instructor. This is a partnership in growth.

You will be the face and driving force of our Data Analysis program, responsible for delivering our elite curriculum and guiding students to become job-ready data professionals.

You will leverage your industry expertise to mentor the next generation of analysts, helping them build practical skills in data cleaning, analysis, visualization, and storytelling. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction for Data Analysis courses using our industry-aligned curriculum
• Teach tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and (optionally) Python
• Mentor and coach students through hands-on projects and real-world datasets
• Provide feedback on assignments, dashboards, and data reports
• Guide students on best practices in data cleaning, analysis, and visualization
• Facilitate practical sessions, workshops, and project-based learning onsite
• Foster a collaborative, high-energy learning environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the program

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Core Data Analysis Skills:

• Proven experience (1+ years) in Data Analysis
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)
  • SQL (queries, joins, aggregations)
  • Data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)

Technical Advantage (Optional but Valuable):

• Knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with real-world datasets and business analysis
• Understanding of basic statistics and data interpretation

Portfolio:

• A strong portfolio showcasing dashboards, reports, or data projects
• Ability to explain insights and tell stories with data

All Candidates Must Have:

• Teaching or Mentorship Experience: Prior experience in training, coaching, or guiding others
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to simplify complex concepts clearly
• Leadership & People Skills: You can motivate and support learners
• Onsite Availability: Must be available to teach onsite (Aroma-step, Awka, Anambra State)
• Growth Mindset: Results-driven and passionate about student success
