The Data Analysis VISTA will assist in the development of a program-level quality feedback loop and work with staff to facilitate data collection and analysis in order to help the programs make data-informed decisions about service delivery.

Member Duties

As the Data Analysis VISTA, you will

1. Collaborate with program staff to identify information that is critical to understanding the program’s workflow/structure and work with program staff to study the quality of the program’s processes;
2. Monitor and facilitate timely data collection among program staff on a monthly basis, while ensuring quality and accuracy;
3. Contribute to reports that inform the quality improvement efforts of the programs and the agency overall.

Pre-service drug screenings and criminal background checks are required.
