We provide highly qualified professionals to support the mission of our clients. TRG is seeking a Data Analyst I to join our team in supporting the General Services Administration (GSA). This position is currently remote and part‑time; approximately 20‑29 hours per week (hours may vary).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Entry of requested GSA vendor partner container bookings from GSA system into IBSSUST system.
• Entry of IBSSUST booking confirmation into GSA system.
• Coordination via email with GSA and vendor to confirm IBSSUST booking.
• Creation of Transportation Control Movement Document (TCMD) via GATES – entry of confirmed container information provided by vendor partner into GATES system (final booking).
• Coordination via email with GSA and vendor to provide TCMD.
• Management of Hazmat documentation.
• Ad hoc support of modifications or updates to existing bookings via phone or email.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of relevant work experience.
• Must be Public Trust clearance eligible.
• Must obtain ECA certificate for access to US Military sites (training provided).
• Must obtain Shipper Certification with IBS Sustainment Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) (training provided).
• Must obtain certification for access to GATES (training provided).
• Understanding of commercial shipping processes preferred.
