Data Analyst (German-speaking)

Our client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, both in the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is looking for a Data Analyst for a 5-month contract base in Valais area, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Supporting data migration and data analysis activities related to QMS documents
• Supporting the implementation and local deployment of Veeva Vault system

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
• High School Diploma or Bachelor in Computer Science or Technology; or equivalent professional experience
• 1-3 years of experience in a GMP regulated environment, preferably within Quality Systems, Documentation, or Digital Quality
• Hands on experience with Veeva Knowledge or similar electronic document / knowledge management systems
• Proven experience in data migration, data analysis, and data quality activities
• Strong IT affinity and ability to work with digital systems and structured data
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data integrity
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Business level German required
