Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets. The Data Analyst will play a key role in generating actionable insights that guide business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships.
• Develop and implement data models and reporting tools.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and maintain data privacy standards.
• Monitor and optimize existing data processes and workflows.
• Assist in the creation of dashboards and visualization tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in data analytics or a related discipline.
• Experience with machine learning techniques and statistical modelling.
• Knowledge of big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Background in business intelligence or industry-specific analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud-based analytics solutions.

Salary

The base salary for this position is $120,000 annually.
