MarqVision is currently establishing a new data organization to build a data-driven decision-making framework. We are seeking a Data Analyst to help design and execute the foundation of the MarqVision data organization from the ground up, covering everything from discovering deep insights about customers and products to designing company-wide metric systems and building an analytics environment accessible to everyone.

We will solve the following questions together:

• Which part of the product workflow should we focus on to achieve significant results?
• What are the reasons for customer churn, and how can we detect them?
• What are the metrics that measure the value of our business and products, and how can the entire company track them?

What You’ll Achieve

• Analyze product workflows and discover insights for each MarqVision product.
• Analyze and detect customer retention and churn factors.
• Perform impact simulations to aid product prioritization decisions.
• Design integrated metric systems and operate company-wide dashboards.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and automate repetitive tasks based on key stakeholder requests.

Skills You’ll Need to Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• End-to-end experience from planning analysis to deriving insights and writing reports.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL (e.g., postgres, mysql, bigquery, or similar).
• Experience designing intermediate tables and aggregation logic for analysis.
• Experience designing dashboards and using BI tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience collaborating with product/business teams, balancing business context and analytical methodologies to contribute to decision-making.
• Experience proficiently using AI tools to enhance work productivity.
• English or global communication skills.
• Fast execution ability with a focus on goals to achieve results.
• Consideration for user experience in dashboards or internal data products.
• Flexible problem-solving skills to handle various situations.
