Compensation is $35.00 - $39.00 per hour based upon experience.
Responsibilities
- Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Partner with the Manager of Data Solutions & Systems to support data-driven initiatives and operational projects
- Assist in the design and implementation of automated workflows using tools such as Power Automate and Jira
- Analyze healthcare data across Operations, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Finance to identify trends and opportunities
- Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems
- Quickly learn internal data structures and systems to support priority projects with minimal ramp-up time
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operational and financial teams to support business needs
- Support the integration and use of AI-driven tools to enhance reporting, automation, and efficiency
- Troubleshoot data issues and provide timely resolution to support ongoing operations
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, workflows, and data accessibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in data analytics, data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in healthcare analytics, specific to operations, RCM, & Finance
- Minimum of three (3) years of prior healthcare-related experience or experience in a similar role.
- A minimum of three (3) years of direct SQL coding experience (preferably in SQL Server Management Studio)—strong proficiency is a must
- Direct experience with PowerBI, Python
- Problem Solving skills
