Your Daily Routine

At the Core:

• With your targeted analyses and clear interpretations, you help our marketing teams, sales, and customer service center to succeed.
• You are familiar with statistics and use them to identify potential for improvement in the customer journey, customer loyalty, and customer acquisition.
• You recognize opportunities for data-based approaches and machine learning models and proactively introduce them in the business unit.
• You drive the technical further development of machine learning models together with the data platform team and the AI Competence Center.
• In our data platform, you create and manage the foundation for reports, analyses, and dashboards.
• Within the Customer & Market business unit, you coordinate analytics use cases.

What You Bring

Most Importantly:

• Programming in R/Python and SQL is your daily business – you are very familiar with modern analytics tools and cover the entire analytics lifecycle.
• Ideally, you have experience with Posit Workbench, Databricks, PowerBI, and MS Dynamics.
• Data Analytics and Data Science are your areas of expertise, and you have extensive experience in the data environment, preferably in the insurance or banking sector.
• You enjoy learning, quickly recognize connections, and enjoy thinking analytically and networked.
• A university or FH degree in statistics, natural sciences, economics, or a comparable education with a focus on data analysis and data science, as well as good German language skills, complete your profile.
