Your daily missions

When you send a payment, especially internationally, do you know what happens? Your payment certainly transits through the international network that connects all the banks in the world: the SWIFT network. The "Hub" of Exchange Systems (GFL/HSE) manages all interbank, international, and national exchanges. Within our department, there are project, support/production, and Group Euro Treasury Management teams that provide a complete, end-to-end service. Within the team in charge of customer and technical support, and as a Data Analyst, you will contribute to the optimization and automation of our system.

Concretely, under the supervision of your tutor and/or your manager, you will:

• Develop Dashboard on Power BI
• Automate/secure tasks related to the activity of the Customer Support team
• Analyze/exploit payment exchange system data
• Understand and know the exchange system environment with the banking community (BCE/BDF)

Internship duration: 6 months

And if it were you?

• You are preparing a Bac +5 in an engineering school or university with a specialization in computer science
• You are comfortable with data processing in different formats
• You are proficient in dashboard design, VBA and Power BI development, and database exploitation
• You have an aptitude for IT and the banking environment
• You demonstrate good writing and synthesis skills
• You are rigorous and respect the confidentiality of banking operations and data
• You are fluent in English? You are our ideal candidate
