We are seeking a motivated Data Migration & Veeva Support Specialist to support ongoing Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives. The role focuses on data migration, data analysis, and the deployment of the Veeva Vault system at the local site. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in GMP‑regulated environments and strong technical affinity for digital Quality and document management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data migration and data analysis activities related to QMS documents.
• Assist in the implementation and local deployment of the Veeva Vault system.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance throughout migration activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
• Maintain documentation and support end users during the transition to digital systems.

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment, preferably within Quality Systems, Documentation, or Digital Quality.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault or similar electronic document/knowledge management platforms.
• Proven experience in data migration, data analysis, and data quality activities.
• Strong IT affinity with the ability to work efficiently with digital systems and structured datasets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Business-level German required.
• On-site presence 3-4 days per week on location.
