Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Data Analyst to join our team on a remote, outsourced basis for a key client engagement. This role requires a strong background in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a solid understanding of data analytics to support business operations and strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will be involved from day one, working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and actionable insight generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP to support operational and strategic business decisions
• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to present key findings in a clear and impactful manner
• Optimize ERP data structures for improved performance and reporting accuracy
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement data governance policies and best practices
• Support data migration, cleansing, and validation processes during system changes or integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues within the ERP environment
• Ensure full compliance with data security and privacy regulations

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within an ERP environment using Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with data management processes, including cleansing, migration, and validation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively in a fully remote setup
