About the role

Role Overview

The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing billing data to ensure accuracy in customer invoicing while contributing to vital revenue assurance initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and Customer Service to identify and resolve billing discrepancies, automate reporting processes, and enhance billing system performance.

This position also involves assisting the Billing Transformation team in ensuring accurate billing processes and contributing to the design, development, implementation, and execution of analytical processes related to billing.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the Telecommunications sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a similar technical/analytical field, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting is essential.
  • A solid understanding of billing platforms or similar systems, as well as query languages, is required.

Salary Range

$47,670 - $59,535
