Zenex / Heart2Hire is hiring a Data Analyst for one of our enterprise clients through our partner .

We are seeking a highly analytical professional who can translate business needs into actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business strategy, goals, and analytical needs
• Translate business requirements into structured analytical approaches
• Acquire, clean, and validate structured and unstructured data
• Perform analysis on historical data to identify trends and insights
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to present actionable insights
• Deliver presentations and communicate findings to business teams
• Build and manage recurring reporting and analytics processes
• Document best practices and share knowledge across teams
• Participate in special projects and support cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong coding skills in SQL, Python, or equivalent (R / SAS)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Proven experience in data storytelling and presentation development
• Ability to manage and communicate with senior stakeholders
• Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments

Preferred

• Experience in enterprise or consulting environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
