Missions

A solid mission Within the Marketing Department – Data unit, you will play a key role in understanding and leveraging customer data to support marketing and commercial strategy. You will analyze purchasing behaviors, customer value (CLTV), and segmentations to identify growth levers by typology, journey, or cohort. Your objective: transform these insights into concrete recommendations to personalize the customer experience, optimize campaigns, and strengthen loyalty.

Data Analysis, Structuring, and Exploration

• You will explore and transform data via the Datalake, ensuring its quality and reliability.
• You will perform complete ad hoc analyses: framing, extraction, modeling, interpretation, and recommendations, identifying growth levers by segment, cohort, journey, or customer typology.
• You will enrich customer knowledge: dynamic segmentation, Customer Lifetime Value calculation, purchase behavior analysis, and weak signal detection.
• You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to democratize data, promote self-service BI, and accelerate decision-making.

Communication and Collaboration

• You will support client Marketing Data projects (CRM, scoring, automation…).
• You will collaborate with Data Engineering and IT teams to optimize flows and industrialize features in Databricks.
• You will train and acculturate teams in reading and using customer data.

Technological Watch

• You will participate in the continuous improvement of the data platform and test new analytical approaches and explore relevant AI/ML uses for marketing.
• You will monitor market developments: hyper-personalization, AI, CRM algorithms.

Profile

Your keys to a successful experience with us

• You have a higher education degree (BAC+5), such as an engineering/statistics/data school or business school with a data specialization.
• You have a good understanding of Customer Data / CRM / loyalty issues, and ideally knowledge of retail or e-commerce.
• You master the fundamentals of data: modeling, quality, architecture, governance, and value chain.
• You have excellent expertise in Power BI (model building, advanced DAX) and solid SQL practice; knowledge of PySpark and Python is a plus.
• You are comfortable with Big Data environments (Databricks, Delta Lake, Datalake) and know how to transform data into concrete recommendations.
• You excel in communication: simplification, pedagogy, business support, writing, and presentation skills.
