Your Tasks

  • Your SQL skills are second to none when it comes to translating operational and strategic requirements in Daily Banking into smart data solutions. With your analytical mindset, you refine data outputs and deliver precise answers to complex questions.
  • You bring clarity to our Collections performance data by identifying patterns and drivers, developing hypotheses, and testing them. In doing so, you uncover root causes and derive concrete optimisation measures.
  • Data quality and integrity are your top priority: you validate data sources, detect inconsistencies, and ensure transparency across systems. In close collaboration with data owners and stakeholders, you align on definitions, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Of course, you are deeply involved in all things reporting: you design and maintain requirement-driven dashboards, define relevant KPIs, and turn your insights into concrete, actionable recommendations with measurable business impact.
  • And last but not least, you actively support our Data Science teams, for example in modelling initiatives (e.g. segmentation, forecasting) and the development of contact strategies through A/B testing.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a comparable field of study / qualification
  • Very strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and window functions
  • Advanced Excel skills, particularly in formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau; basic knowledge of Python or R
  • Advanced understanding of data structures, integration flows, relational database concepts, and modelling principles
