Entry-Level Data Analyst

Our human services client with office in Rittenhouse square is looking to bring on a data analyst on their employment services application team for a 6-month contract to hire engagement. Hybrid onsite 3x a week in their office in the Rittenhouse square area of Philadelphia.

The Role

The ideal candidate would need a strong mix of the below:

Requirements

• Experience with pulling data from unstructured and structured sources into custom excel, SQL powerquery, tableau or power bi reports and dashboards.
• Experience pulling data from system or infrastructure logs, especially from salesforce, CRM, or web sources.
• Advanced excel formula experience.
• Knowledge of or familiarity with data quality standards, improving health of datasets, and regulated industry/audit requests
• Comfortability acting as a BA, gathering requirements from the business and holding vendor data sources accountable in compliance with industry regulations and regular audit for data quality.
• Engagement and interest in a human services organization, charitable mission, grant-funded nonprofit wholes services serve some of the most underrepresented communities in Philadelphia County.
• This is a hybrid opportunity, only onsite 3x a week in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA.

Compensation & Benefits

Pays from $18-20/hour W2 for a 7-8 month contract engagement to start, fulltime conversion possible, 35 hour work week.
