Data Analyst

About

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support in the area of Data Migration. In this role, you will work in a software engineering team on the further development of data migration services to connect new customers to existing tax solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data structures and datasets using SQL queries.
• Identify dependencies and specify mapping logic for data transformations together with product teams and customers.
• Define test scenarios to ensure data integrity and data quality throughout the entire migration process.
• Analyze error patterns and develop solution approaches within the team.
• Create KPI dashboards and evaluations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Completed degree in (business) informatics or business administration with an IT focus (university/university of applied sciences/higher vocational college).
• Several years of practical experience in data analysis with SQL.
• Very good analytical thinking skills and understanding of complex relationships.
• Experience in specifying data migrations and data transformations.
• Experience in defining and conducting test scenarios for data quality assurance.
• Experience in creating KPI dashboards and reports.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey content appropriately to the audience.
• Confident demeanor and a solution-oriented and pragmatic approach to work.
• Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills.
