Overview

Our client, one of the largest Energy companies in US providing a wide range of Energy related products and services to its customers, seeks accomplished Data Analyst (Customer Clean Energy Programs).

  • Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship
  • Location: New York, NY 10003
  • Duration: 6 months contract w/ possibility of extensions

Notes

  • Work Schedule: Hybrid - anticipated 1 day in office, 4 days remote (subject to confirmation).
  • Interview Process: 2 step interview.
  • Work Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm.

Description

  • Manage invoice processing for mass market energy efficiency programs.
  • Review of technical program application and energy efficiency savings documentation.
  • Process energy efficiency invoices in the Company''s Demand Management Tracking System (DMTS), an application built in Salesforce.
  • Report on Invoice processing performance and statuses at weekly team meetings.
  • Perform Quality control review of invoices provided from implementation contractors that support the energy efficiency programs.
  • Coordinate between various teams, such as DMTS, business planning and analysis, and program delivery teams to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Prepare and review programs information and reports for accuracy and reconcile, as necessary.
  • Monitor and track program budgets and expenditures.
  • Manage customer eligibility data (Qualification Checks) to ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Document Processes and development process improvements if / when applicable.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate data processing, and drive operational efficiency across program operations.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated reporting solutions and dashboards using Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), Python, Excel, reducing manual effort and improving visibility into program metrics.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by regularly reviewing and updating dashboard information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to dashboard functionality and data accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least a bachelor’s degree.
  • Years of experience: 5+ years.
  • Related Industry Background: Utility, engineering, full cycle recruiting in heavy volume, telecom experience
  • Experience with Python, and advanced Excel functions to analyze, manipulate and present data effectively.
