Data Analyst / Engineer

MISSION

In the context of a new strategic project for one of our insurance broker clients, we are looking for a Data Analyst / Engineer to join the Solutions Data department.

Your role will be to contribute to the collection, structuring, and valorization of data from internal applications, to ensure reliable, usable indicators aligned with business needs.

As a Data Analyst / Data Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Collecting and analyzing data from internal applications, ensuring its cleaning and structuring.
• Guaranteeing the quality and reliability of processed data, by implementing controls and best practices.
• Participating in data modeling and implementation in target environments.
• Contributing to reporting and data visualization through tools: SAP Business Objects, Qlik Sense, Power BI.
• Ensuring data storytelling to facilitate user adoption of indicators and support decision-making.
• Identifying, understanding, and challenging business needs, being proactive.
• Writing and testing user stories, in conjunction with project teams.
• Documenting and specifying indicators, processes, and business rules.

PROFIL

On the technical side, you are proficient in SQL and have solid experience in PySpark, which you will implement in an AWS environment.

You are also comfortable with reporting and data visualization tools such as SAP Business Objects, Qlik Sense, or Power BI.

You demonstrate real expertise in data analysis, combined with great rigor and a keen sense of organization. You work autonomously while knowing how to cooperate effectively within a small team. Your sense of sharing, your communication skills, and your critical thinking allow you to understand, challenge, and support business needs with relevance.
