Data Analyst

Objective

The Data Analyst will evaluate the current state of master data in the existing ERP system, identify data quality issues, and prepare the data for migration to the new ERP cloud platform. This includes cleansing, transforming, and documenting the data to meet migration and operational requirements.

We are currently in the process of planning an ERP to Oracle Fusion migration and would like to request support for a skilled Data Analyst to assist with the project.

The successful candidate must have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), specifically to support data cleansing and preparation for Fixed Assets ahead of migration. I am including a more detailed SOW but here are the key points:

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst on ERP transformation or migration projects - must have experience here
• Strong analytical and data validation skills
• Solid EAM experience, with specific focus on Fixed Assets - must have experience here
• Experience with data cleansing, reconciliation, and data quality assurance
• Ability to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps in legacy asset data
• Experience preparing asset data for Oracle Fusion (advantageous)
• Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills

Scope of Work (High Level):

• Analyse existing Fixed Asset and EAM data within the current ERP
• Perform data cleansing, standardisation, and validation
• Support data mapping and reconciliation activities
• Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure data readiness for migration
