Data Analyst – Healthcare Career Platform for IMGs

CMCNJ is building a data-driven platform and is seeking a Data Analyst.

You will:

• Build dashboards and reporting systems

• Track conversion rates, revenue, and outcomes

• Analyze ISA performance and long-term earnings

• Support leadership decision-making

Required:

• MD/MBBS or equivalent international medical degree

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Must have participated in NRMP Match or SOAP

• Experience with data tools (Excel, SQL, Python preferred)

• Strong analytical mindset
