We advise private individuals and companies on all money-related topics, manage assets, and offer attractive financial services. As we are growing strongly, we are looking for reinforcement for our Servicing and Data Management team in the Mortgage Center at our headquarters near Paradeplatz in Zurich.

What to expect

• You will work in operational mortgage servicing.
• You will manage and process refinancings (new business & renewals).
• You will ensure correct reporting that is timely and addressed to the right parties (for management, financial accounting, and external partners).
• You will process monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• You will be the technical point of contact for interest, maturities, dunning, and payment processes.
• You will ensure quality and maintain data, lists, and interfaces.
• You will actively participate in the further development, standardization, and digitalization of processes.
• You will support management with technical clarifications and project-specific issues.

What you bring

• Commercial (banking) apprenticeship with completed or planned further training in finance and accounting.
• Initial professional experience in financial accounting, ideally with a financial institution.
• High affinity for data, numbers, processes, and digital platforms.
• Experience with mortgage processes, payment flows, and reporting is an advantage.
• Enjoyment of process improvements and digital solutions.
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working.
• Good knowledge of Power BI/Excel is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a high degree of personal responsibility.
