Job Overview

Pay Range: $47.19hr - $52.19hr

Responsibilities

• Drive data governance and data enablement initiatives across projects.
• Perform quality control to support analytics and reporting accuracy.
• Understand key business questions and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Collect, clean, integrate, and analyze large datasets including sales, marketing, and cost data.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to governance policies and procedures.
• Support the creation and enhancement of data governance policies.
• Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor on analysis methodologies and best practices.
• Create custom analyses using Tableau, Advanced Excel, SAS, PowerPoint, Access, and SQL.
• Build analytically ready datasets and contribute to a data analytics center of excellence.
• Conduct ongoing data quality checks to ensure data integrity and readiness.
• Assemble and manage large, complex datasets aligned with business requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and data pipeline optimization.
• Acquire and manage data from multiple sources while maintaining databases.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses to support business decision-making.
• Analyze de-identified patient-level data and understand related metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in a quantitative or management-related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 5 years of experience in data analysis within a commercial domain.
• Strong experience with stakeholder management and project execution.
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Strong project management and relationship-building skills.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Tableau and Advanced Excel.
• Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries.
• Working knowledge of SAS (preferred).
• Experience with Alteryx (plus).
• Familiarity with data modeling, data integration, and analytics tools.
