Join Cardinal Health's Analytics and Innovation Team. We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to contribute to our Analytics & Innovation team, focusing on Finance data related to Medical Chargebacks. You will play a crucial role in planning, developing, communicating, and managing processes while collaborating across various teams. This position requires proactive management of budget, schedule, scope, and risk, ensuring all work adheres to established methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP ECC, SAP S4 HANA, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, Big Query, EDnA, and GCP is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is preferred.
- Experience in providing innovative analytical insights.
- Experience in documenting business requirements is preferred.
- Background in data management and governance.
- Familiarity with Cardinal Health's business processes and systems is a plus.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma practices is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Utilize your extensive knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical skills to perform various tasks and projects.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Engage in projects of varying complexity.
- Develop innovative technical solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Work independently while receiving general guidance on new projects.
- Oversee work to ensure objectives are met.
- Mentor less experienced colleagues.
- Articulate resource needs for successful project delivery.
- Understand the Medical Chargebacks processes and identify challenges to propose effective solutions.
- Establish relationships with teams involved with Negative Margin and Medical Chargeback data.
- Consult on data-driven solutions for new services and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze data, including locating, profiling, cleansing, and modeling.
- Apply data exploration and visualization techniques to generate business insights and enhance data quality.
- Analyze and share insights derived from Key Performance Indicators.
- Serve as a trusted resource for Medical Chargebacks subject matter expertise in developing new business processes and technology solutions.
- Blueprint existing processes to find automation opportunities and explore new tools for integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand the impacts of current and future processes.
- Communicate complex information clearly to influence action.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Compensation
- Anticipated Salary Range: $80,900 - $115,500
- Bonus Eligible: No
