Your Role

For our client, we are currently looking for a Data Analyst – AI Enablement (m/f/d) - Remote/Frankfurt am Main. (Please only apply if all mandatory criteria are met)

Your Tasks

  • Conducting ad-hoc and trend analyses for operational and strategic questions (especially regarding AI cultural change).
  • Consulting on compliance with relevant compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, AI Regulation).
  • Documenting/communicating analysis results and deriving recommendations for action (especially for AI cultural change and AI enablement) for the relevant stakeholder groups.
  • Deriving potential business opportunities and risks (e.g., due to lack of enablement) by evaluating and analyzing data.
  • Preparing and conducting workshops/suitable enablement and exchange formats (e.g., community formats) for conveying analysis results/recommendations for action to the relevant stakeholder groups.
  • Providing technical advice to internal IT experts on optimizing data processing processes/identifying use cases (especially automation potentials).

Your Qualifications

  • (Mandatory) 2 years of experience in building and operating AI enablement programs in regulated environments (KRITIS) for the identification and scaling of AI-supported use cases from 2 projects.
  • (Mandatory) 6 years of experience in the conception and execution of enablement and learning formats for managers and employees in a corporate environment, for the effective use of common AI assistants (Copilot Microsoft 365, Studio).
  • (Mandatory) Experience in change management, especially for the sustainable anchoring of AI-supported working methods and in conjunction with cross-company IT architectures from 2 projects.
  • (Mandatory) 5 years of experience in moderation and communication with stakeholders from IT, subject matter experts, and management up to C-level.
  • (Mandatory) 2 years of experience in needs/requirements analysis, prioritization, and translation of business and technical needs into suitable AI enablement measures.
  • (Should) Competence in feedback and evaluation methods from 2 projects.
  • (Should) 3 years of experience with agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and proven experience in collaboration in cross-functional teams of developers, IT specialists, and business stakeholders.
  • (Should) Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex content in an understandable and motivating way – from 3 projects.
