Woori America Bank is seeking an Entry Level Data Architect / Data Analyst to support data architecture design, data pipeline development, and analytical insights across the organization. This role is open to all majors, with preference for candidates from data‑related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve data architecture, including data models, structures, and standards
• Develop and manage data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration workflows
• Perform data analysis, reporting, and visualization to support business decision‑making
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across systems
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
• Support database management, performance optimization, and documentation
• Contribute to improving data processes, automation, and overall data infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required: Open to all majors; preference for data‑related disciplines (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.)
• Understanding of data concepts such as databases, data modeling, ETL, and analytics
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to learn data tools, platforms, and technologies quickly
• Experience with SQL, Python, BI tools, or data engineering frameworks is a plus
• For senior roles: experience in data architecture, pipeline design, or large‑scale data systems are highly valued

All candidates must speak and write Korean fluently in order to be considered.

• Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
