About
At Interhome Group, part of the HomeToGo Group, we’re on a mission to make vacation rentals easy and enjoyable — for guests, owners, and partners alike. With over 60 years of experience and thousands of holiday homes across Europe, we’re bringing the power of data and technology to a new era of travel.
Our Data & Analytics team is building a modern, scalable analytics environment that empowers our business to make fast, data‑informed decisions. You’ll join a growing, collaborative team working with a cutting‑edge stack (Snowflake, dbt, Superset, Python, GTM/GA4, Snowplow, Airbyte, etc.) and a shared passion for impact.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand key questions, translate them into analytical and BI approaches, and turn findings into actionable recommendations
- Build, maintain, and improve reporting pipelines, dashboards, and self‑service BI solutions that support decision‑making
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and customer journeys to uncover drivers of engagement, satisfaction, retention, and business performance
- Design and refine KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and metric definitions to ensure consistency, usability, and relevance across teams
- Contribute to the evolution of our digital analytics setup (e.g., GA4, GTM, Snowplow) and help ensure tracking quality and trust in the underlying data
- Use SQL, Python, and statistical methods to conduct deep‑dive analyses such as segmentation, attribution, forecasting, experiment evaluation, and behavioral analysis
- Collaborate with analysts, analytics engineers, and data stakeholders across the HomeToGo Group to align on data models, definitions, standards, and best practices
- Explore and apply modern tools and technologies including AI‑assisted analytics, automation, and agentic workflows to improve speed, quality, and impact in analytical work
Requirements
- 2 + years of experience as a Data Analyst in a stakeholder‑facing environment
- A strong foundation in statistics and analytical methods, such as hypothesis testing, regression modelling, A/B testing, segmentation, or attribution analysis
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with structured data models; experience with dbt is a strong plus
- Experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, Superset, or similar
- Proficiency in Python or another structured programming language used in analytical contexts
- Familiarity with digital analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, GTM, or Snowplow, and a good understanding of web tracking, event data, and attribution logic
- A strong understanding of KPI design, stakeholder‑oriented reporting, and how BI structures support effective business decision‑making
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, relevant, and compelling stories for different audiences, including senior stakeholders
- A structured, curious, and proactive mindset: you care about data quality, think in scalable solutions, and enjoy turning ambiguity into clarity
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style across different functions and business domains
- Openness to emerging technologies and modern ways of working, including AI‑assisted analytics, Agentic AI, and AI‑supported coding workflows
- A pragmatic and forward‑looking mindset: you are curious to test new tools, evaluate their value, and actively work with technological change rather than resist it
- German is a plus, but not required
Benefits
